WOW! That's all I could say about this hotel. First time to Austin attending a small music festival and this was a great impression to the city. I had a late arrival but the Front Desk staff seemed to be as chipper as ever (considering it was close to 11pm). I read about some complaints regarding construction, and unless you're... More

I stay here for business on occasion and love it. Great staff, nice rooms and an easy to access location. The breakfast buffet is OK, not anything worth getting too excited about, but the evening happy hour is a super nice touch. Definitely my first choices of hotels when in Austin. More

this hotel was perfect. perfect location, friendly service, free happy hour food and drink, free breakfast buffet (or a nifty little "to go" bag if you have an early flight), and the rooms were very spacious and clean. the staff was extremely helpful and nice (must be that texas charm). the hotel pool left a bit to be desired but... This hotel very convenient to all things downtown. Being on 2nd and San Jacinto, it is very close to a lot of nice restaurants. PF Changs is across the street and Fogo de Chao is around the corner. There is a great restaurant in the hotel called Cafe Crepe. You can valet park or self park in the garage. Valet... More

Our king size bed was so comfortable! Breakfast(included in room rate) was tasty with eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurts, juices, and more. Access to activities downtown was within walking distance. Taking the bus to outlying areas was easy and for $2.00 you can ride for 24 hours! And the bus drivers were so helpful. All the personnel at the hotel were... More

We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites for 2 nights and there were 3 couples in our group. We read on Tripadvisor that there was building works next door to one end of the hotel so we requested and received rooms at the other end. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was easiliy accessible to the... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel mid April 2012. We had a king bed and the sheets that were put on the bed every day were for a queen size bed. The sheet no matter how you tried did not stay on the bed. The fitted sheet and mattress pad were completely detatched from the mattress. We complained... More

Thank you for your feedback in regards to the disproportionate sheets your room. I've worked with our team to order the appropriate sheets and fix the issue, however I apologize that it wasn't resolved sooner. In the future we will be proactive in ensuring that this does not happen as we understand that it is an inconvenience. Thank you again... More

Let me start by saying this is a great facility, from the rooms to the fantastic location. The major issue is with a certain desk clerk, Devin. We were checking in very late this past Saturday, after picking up our son and his wife after their trip from their home in Madrid Spain. May daughter in-law is a native of... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience at our hotel. The problems you mentioned with our front desk staff have been escalated and addressed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we do not promote any type of profiling. My night auditor extends his deepest apologies once again as his intentions were... More

My husband and I have actually stayed at this property twice. It is definitely on the nicer side for a Hampton Inn. The lobby is very clean and classy, the rooms are spacious enough and clean, and they offer in-and-out overnight valet parking for $23 a day, which isn't bad. Service is very friendly and fast. We requested extra pillows... More

I stayed here for one night during the South by Southwest festival. Even with the craziness of the festival, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the location was very accessible to all the activity of the concerts. I've stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns and other Hilton properties and this hotel is top... More
