“Great Service!”

I cannot say enough good things about the service we received at this hotel during our stay. Everyone that we encountered, shuttle drivers, bartenders, front desk staff and room service staff were so upbeat, polite and helpful! We were happy with the location, plenty of things to do nearby with a very accomodating shuttle service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Adjacent to beautiful Lady Bird Lake with boating facilities and walking/jogging path. Convenient to downtown. Stayed in comfortable, clean room with fabulous view of lake. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

“Tiny weirdly shaped rooms”

The hotel is in a circular building causing the rooms to be weirdly shaped. Avoid rooms next to the elevator and highway as there is no insulation from sound. Hotel needs updating. There was no where to plug in chargers unless you unplug lamps.

Ashlee did a great job. it was very hectic at check in, but she made it fun - We will stay here again!! The hotel is also centrally located, close to 6th street, close to town lake, all in a very good experience.
