Stayed in a room that overlooked the lake and the skyline. What an awesome view. Service was wonderful, bed was comfy and there was no hallway noise. Place was pricey, but was worth the cost. Loved it and would stay there again. More

This would be great if you didnt have to pay for parking and the rooms are nice but not very roomy. the beds are comfortable enough and its in a good.location if you want to walk and.do.outdoorsy activities. however if you plan on partying up you have to take a cab because the bars are a long walk. however the... I checked in around 4:00pm on April 21st. There were lines but they moved quickly and the staff were friendly. They offer a web check in and also good communication with emails. It is beautiful hotel. More

Our family tries to only stay at Hyatt properties because we like the locations and the customer service. My husband and I live in Austin but we stayed here to attend the Austin Food & Wine Festival at Auditorium Shores. The person who checked us in was rude and not helpful. I felt as if I was imposing when I... More

We stayed here for a Girls Weekend. It was right across the water from the downtown area which was very convenient. The hotel staff was great and very accommodating. We got two free breakfasts each morning - when I checked my credit card statement they actually charged me for them (over $100). I called and they corrected the mistake immediately.... More

This Hyatt is located on the south bank of Lady Bird Lake, just off the Congress Street Bridge (home of the world famous bat population). Rooms on the north side of the building have a nice view of the city, with the higher the better. We got this room with a Pric***ine bid for a 4 star, and I wouldn't... More

I just checked in for what was RESERVED to be a CITY VIEW room at 4:15 pm, despite the fact that checkin time was 3:00, only to be informed that the room was not ready - because DIAMOND members had a late checkout of 4:00!!! So we could wait for the room that we had RESERVED or take a room... More

This hotel is close enough to downtown that you can walk across either of two bridges. It also has a great little cafe with realistic prices for food. More

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was the designated hotel. We arrived around 3 in the afternoon. Bellman quickly unloaded our car, the valet took it and in no time we were at check-in. We up-graded the room, were handed our key cards and took one of the four glass elevators. Our bags arrived...
