This hotel complex spans a large section of a Nagano Hillside with a shuttle bus connecting the different buildings. Impressive facilities, and the panoramic view from the honkan building is magnificent.
The rooms, restaurants and staff uniforms are all well done, but unfortunately feel like they haven't been redesigned for a couple of decades and so feel a bit dated....
