It is very poorly maintained. Both elevators were broken , we have to used the services one , internet did not worked for 3 days (bill not paid) , everything is falling apart...staff don't care at all. However the apartment we rent was correct, but the overall surrounding just kills it. Being for a Salvador family , this is really sad.

We stayed at the Atlantic Towers hotel in Salvador, Bahia Brazil. The hotel is well located with easy transportation to almost anywhere in town. It is important to inform that Salvador is an attractive city with day and night activities any tourist. One of the most Visited place is called "The Pelorinho",an older part of town full of attractions as well as different things to be seen. Going back to the hotel, it is important to inform that the room we stayed was large, well maintained and had an amassing view of the street and beach. The hotel is well known so when we had to get a taxi the drivers would easy know the location. It is also in a walking distance to the beach. The service was great, they offer an excellent breakfast and options for lunch in room service with a nice price. The employees were very friendly and always willing to provide us with information and directions to different areas of town. besides all the goods it is important to inform about the price, it was included on our American Airline Vacation Package, and was very reasonable. I highly recommended this hotel for a short or a long stay in Salvador.

The hotel is old and need ASAP a renovation, but that's not the lowest point: the service is baaaaaad, and the food is awful. Don't come unless you are enjoying carnaval and are drunk most of the time.

My room was in very bad condition. It had a terrible smell, the sheets were old and dirty, bathroom and kitchen were just ok, but God only knows if they were properly cleaned... Breakfast was awful. The location is good in Salvador, though. Anyways, I do not recommend it!

This hotel is in a bad state of disrepair. The rooms are old, dirty and furniture is either ripped, broken or dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was covered in mold and mildew and we had to wear flip flops to take a shower. The bed pillows were full of brown sweat stains and smelled awful. Air conditioner did not work. The balcony had pigeons nesting and was covered in bird poo as was the air conditioning unit. When we complained, the manager was indifferent and argued that we were in the "best rooms in the hotel". The breakfast food was inedible. cheese slices curled up at the edges, stale bread and the fruit was crawling with flies. The elevator did not work during the three nights we were there. The safe in the room did not work. On the final day it was raining and the roof was leaking, there were pools of water all over the place. Even had rain water dripping on our food. Probably the worst hotel we had the displeasure of staying in. As this was booked as a package with TRAILFINDERS we are seeking compensation from them.

Disappointment in every way! I arrived in Salvador at night and without any reservation scheduled because he was traveling by car with my family. I got an indication of ligueipara hotel and get the reservation. By telephone, he seemed nice! It would be a room with one double bed and two single beds and a mattress reserve (to accommodate me, my husband and my three children). Surprise when I entered the room and found only one bed, two mattresses rolled up on the balcony catching rain with no structure! Terrible! And the service qrato gave me no solution! I left feeling angry and cheated! I do not recommend either for the person I hate most in the world!

The hotel is ok. Although the building is a bit old (it's peeling outside) they have wi-fi, a nice swimming pool and a gym. Just becareful of the air conditioning that might trickle its water right to your bed while you're sleeping (I had to change to another bedroom).
