Good value for money: - a lot of space in the room - breakfast in the room - AC - minibar - welcoming staff BUT BE CAREFUL : the hotel is located in a very dangerous street, you have to take a cab to come back (when it gets dark) and tell the cab to wait for the lady to open the gate. During the day it's safe and close by the center (5 min walking)

Yes, we decided to forget about the money spent and move away after the first night there. The hotel is located in a very dangerous neighborhood by night. So dangerous that the taxi driver refused to drop us off 20 meters away and didn't leave until he saw that we managed to enter the hotel. Yes, it is cheap and close to the city center but, when the night falls, the only way to get there is by taxi. Our room had a blind window (because of the glass) and an impressive number of small ants. The wifi was working only in the corridor. The "half board" promised in our reservation was, in fact, a breakfast served in the room consisting of: one slice of ham and one slice of cheese per person, a cup of coffee, a small bread, a small butter and a fruit. Almost everybody speaks only Portuguese, with the exception of the manager who also speaks some Spanish.
