A few years ago, the St.Paul Plaza was a old, disgusting hotel barely keeping itself afloat. After a renovation only in the rooms (the rest of the hotel is still in the 1970`s), become a very acceptable budget hotel. A spacious but simple, almost Spartan room, nice split airconditioner.
