We loved the atmosphere of the Maruparia. Nothing fancy or glitzy, but perfect for our family. The service was excellent and we liked being surrounded by all the other families who were very friendly to us. We're from the US; I think all the other guests were from Brazil. The beach and pool were perfect. Great value too!

I stayed one night at the Marupiara as part of a group. It is much smaller than many of the other hotels in the area. It is right on the beach, however, with a lovely pool and nice grounds. The Marupiara offers many of the amenities as many resorts, including a game room, workout room, massages, bar, activities, restaurant, etc.... More
