-
f you are coming for carnaval, it is at 5 minutes drive fromsambodromo, where you can see the most dazzling celebration of world, and the parades of samba schools. Speaking of dancing, it is at 10 minutes drive by bus or subway from the well known bohemian district of Lapa, where the bars thrill with live music, not to mention the famous arcs built in 1750. Inside the Brothers’ Hostel there’s the “Shelter”, a theme bar, with the world at your feet. If you prefer, you may have a tequila or a shot of whisky, but we recommend (with cachasa), a typical Brazilian drink.
