The room was very clean, the hotel has a pleasant staff and is in a silent area. They offer good breakfast and the wi-fi internet works fine. The room is well equipped (including dishwasher, stove and grill). In summary, the best hotel I have ever stayed in Porto Alegre. More

It's set in a dead end, very calm street - absolutely silent. it's a small Mercure, well kept and furnished like a suite (full kitchen, washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, oven) with separate bedroom. Hotel charges you in advance. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived, neither was the living room. Reception desk people are unfriendly and don´t know basic checkin/checkout procedures.
