I usually stay in this hotel when I am in Florip. The hotel is good, with standard Ibis, clean, newly refurbished. Wi-fi free. With a good location.

Note that staying in dowtown area in Florianópolis is a nice choice if you plan to move around the island, as its (obviously!) centrally located.
