“Nice hotel, internet spotty”

Stayed two nights, had to change rooms from 4th floor to 8th because of a soccar team staying and the noise couldnt be endured. Couldnt get internet on the 8th floor. The staff didnt do anything about it, and I had to come down to the lobby to use the internet.

Great service. Very clean. Very friendly employees. Good restaurant. Very good room with microwave, refrigerator, safe, 32 LED TV, etc. Good price. I really recommend, especially for business travelers. Very good Internet wireless.

Dear Emerson, Manager Mercure Convention Bureau Florianopolis I stayed on room 1002 on jan 10th-15th. Some suggestions as I already talked to you. Need more security. I was working at 4am in the lobby and there was no security guard. I was very affraid when come a person with the hand in the pocket walking quickly to the front desk.... More
