This place is like an oasis in an area of Brazil that is less than spectacular. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are top notch. The food is excellent. The prices are a bit high but then again, it's a resort.

It is the third time that I go for a convention in this hotel. The structure is good but some details could be solved easily. For instance, there are not enough electrical plugs in some of the meeting rooms. Also, the TV set is of an old style. Breakfast and meals are good but nothing exceptional.

Wonderfull golf course with a Hotel on it. A good place to spend weekend with your family.Not far away from São Paulo, 1,5 hour by car (you can go by helicopter - there is a landing point). The hotel is quite difficult to find, expect to get lost a few times enroute. However when you arrive the service is wonderful. Guest relations is very friiendly and helpful, strongly recommedn you see Amanda if you have issues. Pool is tremendous and great work out room. English can be a challenge but thats to be expected I suppose.

OVER PRICED ... unfriendly staff. Not accomodating. Example- I had 40 minutes to waste until my taxi arrived. I asked for access to the internet in the lobby- after spending almost $500 for one night stay- they had the nerve to ask me to BUY additional minutes.
