Excellent staff very helpful, no complaints about anything would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Borovets. Good bar, clean comfortable room and dining area. Basic hotel but situated close to the slopes, appeared to be the more affordable of the hotels in the area however food wasn't up to much. Typical buffet food and did not appear to be 100% meat.
