San Pedro de Atacama offers accommodation ranging from backpackers' hotels for a few bucks a night to all-inclusive luxury spa places for several hundred a night. The Hostal Don Sebastian is mid-priced at something like $90 a night for a double. Rooms are very clean but quite basic. En-suite facilites (for us) were a small shower room.
