Very beautiful landscaping! However, the staff just doesn't seem to care about keeping the hotel clean and presentable. Front desk attendant was also engaged in an annoying personal call.

The front desk worker (Randy) was very helpful in giving me directions to find the hotel. Once I arrived he was very friendly. The room was beautiful and very clean. I had a very great experience at the facility and would highly reccomend it.

Wow! This hotel has been a favorite of ours in B'ham but it is really showing wear and tear almost everywhere. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the property has really aged rapidly. It's probably time for a refurb.
