Way overpriced for dumpy SMALL rooms. Charged for every little thing extra, parking, internet, breakfast, etc. Weather stripping dangling outside the windows. Billed a security deposit, after calling two weeks later, was told it would be refunded. Had to dispute it with the credit card company. I would not stay here again.

Sheraton Birmingham is comfortable and spacious both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The front desk and concierge staff are friendly, helpful and accomodating.
