I stayed in Hotel for a week in September 2012. Very clean room, sympatic stuff and great location near to old town Lovran and Opatija conected by promenade along the seaside. perfect place for people who like to walk and mountanbike.

We just spent 4 nights in this lovely hotel. The location is great. It is on the main street and the seaside is close. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The bathrooms are large and modern. The breakfast is very good.We enjoyed our stay here in this wonderful city.

We stayed here as a stopover on our way to the island of Rab. We were given a lovely room (considering it was just a standard room) overlooking the sea, comfy and spacious. We liked the location, it's easy to look around in Lovran neighbourhood. The staff is also very helpful(all front desk and mr.Rohin), the room was clean, the sea is very close to the room. One of the most beautiful and romantic places, what we have experienced. Simply a magical place, view, pool, kitchen and service.

We realy enjoyed our stay. Nicely decorated and clean accomodations, beautifull grounds and lots of green space to explore. Very friendly and professional Excelsior. My only complaint is, I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!!
