Do not ask for Sanjog transport arrangements. Just before the end of trip (when you are about to catch your train back and your luggage is in the transport) they ask for double unjusifiable money and then you do not have choice but to give that money to them. when i stayed in this hotel i was the only english person staying ,even though it was full up the staff still had plenty of time and were very helpful ,but the best part of the stay for me was the food it was some of the best food ihad on my jonery in india .i can't wait visit again

very poor service.we had to request many times for the cleaning of rooms etc,the bathroom taps were leaking,guests were creating a ruckus around midnight.Would never recommend the hotel to anybody.
