i have visited this hotel on 23 dec and it has been the worst hotel experience. food is ok but the other behavior is utmost unprofessional be it the manager or the staff. rooms are unclean and all other facilites mentioned are non-existent.

i stayed in this hotel , food is good but there is no proper facilities in there, lights don't work , Geysers don't work ,they lie about the commitments ,house keepers are Dump ,no Lift facility ,phones does not work

We stayed here with family on a sudden trip to Amritsar, drove down from Delhi & stayed 2 nights The place is centrally located and needs rennovation to regain their customer loyalty Linen is not clean, some rooms do not have a phone and some of the rooms are in very poor condition Stay only if you must [till rennovated]
