I went there with my family for two days. We came from Bangkok and were on our way to Chiang Mai. We had a great experience there. It is a small charming B&B with lovely people. It is a great place, with a lot of outdoor space but modern amenities. They helped us calling a taxi whenever we wanted to... More

I came up to Ayutthaya from Bangkok with a friend for a quick getaway. Staying at Baan Tye Wang made the experience all the better. We were greeted at the gate by the owners, served fresh guava juice, and made to feel comfortable. Our room was upstairs, and was clean with excellent bed linens, a refrigerator, kettle, and free wifi.... More

Today I checked out and could not wait to say great things about Baan Tye Wang! The hotel itself has a traditional feel with plenty of outdoor space, while the rooms are very relaxed with modern amenities. I really appreciate how nice the owners were and the care the put into making my stay comfortable and helping me see the... More

We stayed at Baan Tye Wang about a year ago, in February 2012 (not May 2012). Only for one night, connecting Kantchanaburi to the night train to Chiang Mai. Nevertheless, we had a good time at this small hotel/guesthouse. They helped us find a tuktuk to drive us around Ayutthaya for a day (taking in as many temples as possible:).... More

I stayed here for 2 nights last week and could happily have stayed much longer. The couple who run this guesthouse are lovely and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. On arrival I was greeted with a smile, a cool class of iced lemon and a map. All much appreciated! My room was on the ground... More

My wife and I were actually only booked in for one night, but found ourselves staying three nights as it was so pleasant and Ayutthaya offered a lot to see. While this guesthouse has a great location and is beautifully set up, the owners are what set this place apart we were made to feel very welcome indeed. I cannot... More

We spent 1 night beginning of March 13 in this guest house and we've been delighted! Everything was perfect. The bedroom was well equipped and nice with an outside shower. The service by the host was also very good who has a lot of attention to their guests. Although a bit far from the monuments to be visited, a short... More

We only stayed 1 night there and wished we had stayed longer! The cottage owner is a very friendly lady who does everything possible to make you feel at home & welcome. This B&B is a 10 to 20 minutes bike ride (lend for free by the house) away from the main sights, and cycling in Ayuttaya is a very... More

Nice family run guest house next to the canal. It's on the outskirts of the old town, but very easy to get around with the free bicycles. Lovely rooms and very quiet. Family extremely friendly and helpful.

A family-run resort which offers every guest a high-class services and wonderful atmosphere. The resort is not far from Ayutthaya historical park and a number of restaurant, from a food stall to a classic riverside restaurant where a big juicey lobster is served is pretty close. Breakfast is very dimple but good quality. Had stayed here 2 times, all were... More
