This hotel is situated right on the most gorgeous beach, it is so lovely, peaceful & relaxing. Due to flight delays, I was unable to arrive at the pre-paid booked date, but instead the day after. The hotel refused to change date, even though there were vacanct rooms. Could not stay there and money lost. Terrible service, and lousy English language capabilities. More

Have a look at the resort map on their website - some of the rooms are either too close to the restaurant or to the pool, which means that they are not private or quiet as the rest.
