Just below average backpackers house, with clean rooms, but no breakfast included, no water or snacks on sale, away from everything, strange neighborhood. Heaps of cats sneaking around.
First contact with the owner happened in a large empty lobby, with dirty linen on the floor, littered papers and cigarettes butts on a table.
