i get the impression that most people only stay here for a single night whilst travelling from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and it shows. The hotel was poor throughout and most of our 35 strong party of individual traveelers were not impressed. Even numbered rooms were very noisy running alongside the main road with busy traffic throughout the night. bathroom... More

I stayed at the Topland Hotel, Phitsanulok from 23->27 February 2012, it was my first visit to the city. After reading some negative reviews on this site I was a little dubious however all my doubts were distinguished very quickly. I booked via Hotels2Thailand.com and checked in with no problems in the impressive reception area, all the staff had a... More

Good room, good breakfast. Local stores to buy beers etc. Only downside it the single pane windows and the traffic inc. nearby railway noise throughout the night. Overnight here as part of a tour group. More

We were on a tour and stayed one night at this 16 story hotel that was adequate for the night. It is somewhat dated--rooms had a fridge and coffee maker, but no safe. They gave you juice when you checked in and 2 free bottles of water. There was an adequate buffet breakfast. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was... More

This Hotel was great, that is for what I wanted, which was a clean room, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower, followed by something to eat. After a long day driving and sightseeing on route to Chiang Mai, I arrived in Phitsanulok, with no idea of where to stay. Directed by a thai lady at a hawker stand,... More

We stayed in the Topland on our trip to the northern part of Thailand. The hotel was chosen by our tour guide. From outside it looks like any other highrise building, but the lobby is quite luxurious and promises a high standard. But the rest of the hotel cannot keep this promise. The rooms are kept very simple and have... More

We had a short trip in Phitsanulok and chose this hotel cause of its location. The room we had was nice and convenient, clean. The hotel provides 4 hours free wifi per day. We only feel not so good with the restaurant that let us wait more than an hour for just simple omelet. We just realized later that they... More

I feel a bit bad about relating our experience but for the sake of other travelers i will reveal the following. We stayed for a few days the week before this last visit in an ordinary room which had recently been renovated and everything was fine. On arrival this time we were told we had been upgraded to a 'business... More

I stayed here as part of a tour, so it wasn't a hotel that I would have picked if I had the choice. The location is decent since it's attached to a shopping center which was very convenient. The room was big and clean. They have a spa in the hotel where you can get massages, but were pricey compared... More

Hotel is a little dated in its room decor as others have mentioned on other reviews, but non the less a fine place to stay, hotel is attached to a shopping centre so if you are there to shop it is ideal, the hotel has nice outdoor pool which was very quiet, restaurant is excellent with a good choice of...
