Arrived late at night. Cockroaches in lobby. Rats seen outside. No restaurant. Refused to check in. Deep step difficult for disabled traveller. Give it a miss. Way ouside town.

The place is pretty cheap and the rooms are huge and clean. Its not luxurious (who would expect luxury when coming to Sandakan anyway?). The only good thing is I got a king size bed. The toilet is terrible! Water leaking, shower under pressure, shower no hot water, towels are very not clean and with stain. House keeping not hardworking, didn't mop the toilet everyday.

I was told by my friend that this hotel was recently renovated and the top floor was still under renovation when I stayed there. But I could not see anything new in this hotel except the dirty stain left on the toilet after the renovation. The sewage system desperately needs improvement as both the sink and toilet in my rooms... More

Please dont come to this hotel,stay away,good location,nice from outside,but cracking inside,dangerous and no security.

If not of the location as it near to airport and commercial area of mile 4 and 6 (which happen to be more 'alive' than Sandakan town itself), we won't check in to this hotel.
