I check in on 18 Jan 2013, with all committee members to set the venue for 120 peoples having their team building. The resort have full equip facilities for outdoor activities i.e. Jungle Tracking, obstacles challenge, all kind rope course. The resort management have a great team starting from sale personnel up to the room cleaner which always smile and... More

Spent one day here in the weekend. Good for those who are fascinated with nature because the resort is really in the middle of the jungle. We could wonder around the area by foot, using wooden bridges into the jungle. We went for nature walk and encountered a number of jungle insects and we were visited by a big and... More

It is a great way to experience the jungle from a very comfortable vantage-point, though as another review commented, it could be so much better. Service was OK but not exactly great - some of the staff spoke English well and some didn't - surprised me because elsewhere in Malaysia, everyone in the hospitality industry was quite fluent. (I think... More

This place has so much potential and I read many good reviews so I gave it a go. Its about 30 minutes drive from Miri and we had rented a car. The access road into the resort was terrible - untarred and bumpy. But it had some of the best scenery. Then we got into the resort and was told... More

An unbelievable experience in (truly) the middle of nowhere - 2 1/2 hours in 4-wheel drive vehicle just to get there. No airconditioning (a concern in light of heat and humidity in Borneo jungles), but fans are adequate, at least at night, and limited power (all generated onsite) is a small price to pay. Great hikes to view animals, but... More

I just love it. They have really good food (also have Western Style) and good service. If you are expecting it to be like a hotel or what, please don't. It is in the forest. When you reach the main gate, there'll be a long way to arrive at the main building. But you can enjoy the scenery. I do... More

This resort is in an amazing location surrounded by some spectacular rainforest and scenery, unfortunately the service, food and service let it down! The staff are not really interested in delivering good service or checking the guests experience. The lobby shop which closes far too early was not open when it was advertised because the staff are sitting out the... More

First of all, the place is so far. After entering the maib gate, don't expect that you're already there. The place is literally in the middle of nature so if you're not that nature lover better think twice before planning to stay here. The room, eventhough we asked to change rooms, stinks. The food was not that good, too. I... More

I stayed in a room near the pool and it stink a lot. It is also scary since pitch black and total darkness consume the place at night time. It is a forest of many tropical fruits. Too bad i visited in an off season time so i failed to try the sweet fruits. Other than this our stay is... More
