We showed up without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very adequate-modern bathroom, etc. The host,(Bilal?) was terrific. Anything we needed, he arranged, and was available ALL THE TIME. The place is a great bang for the buck, and though on our trip i booked the more upscale riads, etc., i would stay there again in a second.
