I stayed here for 5 nights Dec 2012 and I was really satisfied. Staff was the best ever during my trip. I never experienced hospitality or friendliness like this in Costa Rica or Panama. I hope you guys get a paved road from Santa Cruz to Mérida in the future. There's a lot of potential in this area.
