The rooms we stayed are clean. Don't expect they have TV in the rooms. The problem is when we booked around 5 rooms and we wanted to change the rooms and add more rooms. The lady owner seems hesitant and easily confused and gave us a bad face. Hey! We are planning to add more rooms and we are paying... More

We stayed two nights in this hotel which is located right in town and does relatively decent food. The breakfast is really good and is included in the accommodation package so you get your value for money. The bread with the breakfast is really fresh (and not sweet) and they include these really yummy grilled bananas which was a really... More

The inn is indeed more costly than the other inns in Sagada but the value of your money is worth it. They have a free breakfast which I really love. The rooms are spacious and you will definitely have a sound sleep. The location is ok and every place is accessible from here. Nevertheless, I just don't like how some... More

Their rate is a little pricey than most inns in Sagada. But I would have to say that their rooms were clean and spacious, beds-comfortable, floors-nicely tiled, decors-simple yet elegant, shower-hot and even has a big balcony. I love that they are located right in town so we were not far from everything. Also comes with complimentary breakfast.

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in the room for 4 people and paid 2600 PHP for a nice room with balcony. The hotel was relatively empty and it was quiet. The food in the restaurant was good. We have not checked any other places for accommodation. There was nothing bad about it. It is close to... More

we got scammed about booking online on another hotel (did a separate review on that Costa Luz Resort Club), and was desperately looking for some place to stay that is acceptable. Few places we liked were already full, this was centrally located and we tried asking and luckily they had couple of rooms available. Generally the room was ok, bit... More

A building or two away from the municipal hall, this place was convenient. We drove all the way from Baguio then Sagada, we found this place right away. They had three (3) parking spaces at a gated area across the inn which helps as the narrow roads of Sagada don't really encourage street parking! The rooms are clean and basic.... More

we went to sagada last week and planned to eat at almost all of the trip advisor recommendations. masferre was one of those. the ambiance of the place was cozy and simple. but the food was surprisingly tasty and good and at a very reasonable cost.

I dont have any complain with service, food, and cleanliness of the place. However, for the same service and satisfaction, you can opt for other inns in the vicinity due to price, which is not competitive.

Firstly the good points for this hotel: We paid around 900 Pesos for a room which had comfy beds, spacious bathroom with hot showers. While the rooms were not perfect and there was some building work going on with the balconies outside, I did think they were excellent for the price. The restaurant was large and had character. However, in... More
