For an Aitken Spence hotel, Hilltop rooms and service are terrible. Our stay at hilltop was far below what we expected. Never booking hilltop if we are staying in kandy ever again. For a Rs.1000 more, the Suisse hotel provides excellent rooms. I would not recommend hilltop to anyone. More
