The Amax inn is run by friendly staff, the rooms are clean, by indian standards, it has good food and wifi! 15 mins walk from New Delhi Station, nice local atmosphere, tucked away behind Arakashan Road. Peaceful and clean - nice bathrooms, hot water. Rooftop restaurant, range of cuisines, good value. Friendly staff can help with travel arrangements etc. Some windows open onto buildings very close by, but you can ask to see other rooms.
