our last night in india after months so we thought we would treat ourselves a bit and it was sooo nice. clean room and finally a comfortable bed. the staff were really friendly and went out their way to help us and its a pretty good location, close to metro lines and spicy resturant around the corner is soo nice.

I've just spent 6 nights at the Sarthak Palace, it's a very good mid-range hotel. Clean; hot water every morning; friendly and helpful staff; TV and free wifi in the room; five minutes from the Metro station; local shops and market. I would stay there again.

The WORST hotel we have been in India. The photographs are not real, the room was dirty, the blanquets weren´t changed. Noisy. We don`t recommend it. We stayed one night decembrer 2012 and we are not going to come back.

We stayed here as 2 female travellers. Our prepaid airport pickup (15 GBP when taxi cost 2.50GBP) arranged with the hotel did not turn up and the address and phone number supplied on the website were incorrect, it was exceptionally difficult for the taxi driver to find.
