Counter Managers were polite & responsive. The latches/pillow covers in rooms need better maintainence.Locality/ gulleys crammed however comfortable once inside the hotel For the price the room was good.

room and bathroom was new,clean and tidy, geyser was working, blanket a bit old, front desk was helpfull, good for one night stay with family. wake up call is good, cabs avaible for airport drop, but a bit costly. no food available for late check in, room service was good.lift was available, staff were well mannered

A terrible experience. In alternate terms, a nightmare. Staff makes you wait to allot a room. And when they do so finally, the room sucks. They will tell you that the support staff is on leave and give you a room where the room/ bath room is not cleaned. Various items disposed in the Commode are not even flushed out.... More

If you're willing to put up with some odd things this place it ok. For the price i believe it was worth the one night there. Mind you i was sharing it with three other people. We chose this place to stay cuz from what I read it was close to the airport and the pictures of the rooms seemed decent... Don't let the photos fool you!
