Despite booking a deluxe room, was provided a small normal room. was charged addl 1500 for upgrade. Geyser works for 2 hrs only. switched off from mains. Had to tale cold bath in dec. The hotel is not a good hotel for family. Though it is a\n economical hotel we will expect atleast some average service from the staff. Even the rooms are substandard and not much clean. For the same price I believe we would have found a better hotel. More
