The Sai Villa is not only well situated, it is a good alternative to the pricier places in New Delhi. Without exotic luxuries, it has everything one needs, including a great rooftop terrace, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We arrived here direct from our overnight flight from Heathrow, and were happy that the car we had prebooked through Sai Villa was there waiting for us - always a good start! We stayed in the Terrace Room which was at the top of the guesthouse with good sound insulation from the road outside. The room was spacious, very clean... More

We had 2 bedrooms that were quite comfortable and clean with attached bathrooms. Our superior room had a wood door that needs to be replaced or cut at bottom as it "dragged" badly every time we opened and closed it. Do not understand why there was no shower curtain in our children's bathroom. They refused to take showers there as... More

Thank you for staying at Sai villa and it's nice to know that you found our property to be quite clean, comfortable with great service. Though you had some minor issues you mentioned in your review. The reason for the wooden door sometimes touching the floor is maybe because in changing weather conditions, wood tends to expand as it gains... More

A cute little family owned hideaway. We have been visiting India for 15 years. This is the first time that we didn't feel the need to have the sheets changed. They were clean. There was no old stinky carpet on the floor. There were beautiful new floors. It was clean. The bathroom was clean. The room looked nice, and was... More

Stayed here twice in the past year. The b&b is everything you'd expect it to be. Staff "Shanker" is very soft spoken & helpful. Would visit again. Nice location, home delivery by "Karims" was an added +
