Stayed with my family and had a pleasant experience. Good stay and good food. Good reach to the city and its prominent places. Friendly service and courteous reception. Has decent parking space for its guests. Since it is tucked away in a residential area, there is little noise to trouble your day or your sleep.

Rooms are good, but they need to improve a lot of hospitality and service. The room service is pathetic.There was no power for almost 2 hours and no generator too , no TV ? They need to have a back up. With all this lacking , good rooms cannot give them good points

The dinning room really needs a good make over. The china was chipped and the cleanliness was lacking . There was black mould round the inside of the lid of the jug containing a pale green lassi . The hotel staff need training. We would not stay here again.
