Hotel room are not spacious. Restaurant food is not so good or tasty as they offer me same food in the name of garlic chicken , chilli chicken. Also , front desk office staff and room service staff are harsh, does'nt bother about you , harsh and are not helpful.

This is decent hotel with reasonable rates. The rooms are clean and cosy. Good service, very near to Mysore palace and shopping area.

1. Excellent ambience with soft lighting at lunch time.
2. Crowded and noisy weekends however.
3. Courteous staff and understanding as well.
4. Excellent non-veg food and drinks.
5. AVOID: Chicken Pakoda; very oily, Cock/MockTails; they don't know how to do these, Masala Papad; bitter.
6. TRY: Mara Mari Chicken; spicy, Cold Beer.

We went as a family with 2 kids (went with another similar family actually). Normally when you ask for an extra bed, they just dump an extra mattress in the room. Here we were pleasantly surprised that they put a separate single cot with bed in the room. Good value for money. No complaints!

This Hotel was referred my Uncle and we found that stay in this hotel helped us in your visit to mysore palace. It is very near to Mysore palace and city center, so you can reach all the places very quickly. They ahave another hotel near by and there you can get nice buffet breakfast.
