Stayed here for 4 nights in a private room. Hotel is clean, felt safe. Had hot water and a/c. Location is good, you can walk to most of the main sights. Mumbai is an expensive city, and this is a good option if you are on a budget.

Not only are rooms clean and comfortable but the staff is also extremelly helpfull and so funny ;) It is one my favourite places to stay in India- this is both affordable (price is definitely reasonable) and well-located. I reccomend it from the bottom of my heart ;P

We stayed in a double room non AC with private bathroom for rs 1500. For Mumbai this is very "cheap". The room was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect, walkable distance to CST railway station. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Mumbai on a budget.

Great location - it's a 2 minute walk to Victoria train station. The rooms are clean, the sheets are spotless, and the staff very helpful. For Mumbai, the prices are low - about 15 euros for a double room.
