I stayed here for a couple of days; Everything was nice. The service was good. The room was quite comfortable, with all the features one would expect. The buffet breakfast spread was also quite good. Our room had a decent view of the beach.

I stayed in the hotel on a business trip. Its location just on juhu beatch makes it so special. In terma of services, you have lot of options for dinning. Staff is very good. The hotel is good for family visit as well. Kids would enjoy the pool, beach and food.

The stay at your place gave me an average experience. The officials at your reception are extremely slow in their dealings. Which almost made me and my family mis our flight. Despite of a luxurious ambience and good location, your slow service takes it all. Thats all what I have to say, BIG NAME- SLOW PACE.

We stayed there on our anniversary and we had a wonderful time. The staff effectively did not refuse any request from us. They were exceptionally courteous all the time. The location is also great. If you are an Accor member, it's quite reasonable too. I would recommend this place strongly.

Novotel formerly holiay inn is located right on the beach.rooms are decent in size but has average decor. front desk is also average.even on non-smoking floors u get bit smoky feel. However d best part is pool n suurounding atmosphere. Restaurents are good with wide selection.
