Great location just 15 minutes to the airport. The room is clean and nice. Includes basic things flat-screen cable TVs. and bathroom. The hotel offers a nightclub. Staff is nice and helpful. There is a tourist information office in case of problems. More

I stayed here twice, both within the same month (booking the second stay after the first). On both occasions I booked the same room type, but as my room on the first stay was nicer, I think that may have been a higher level room type. Both rooms were very nice though. Positives: - comfortable bed - good price for... More

We checked in on Friday 13th April 2012 and stayed till 15th April. Even though we had booked well in advance and received their confirmation by email, we were told that no booking was made. The room is very small and cramped. Housekeeping is very poor and they dont bother to answer the phone. Room service is equally slow and... More

Booked this hotel as it was closer to the place I intended to go for a business trip. The hotel looks run down from the outside and needs a makeover with a paint. Check in staff was courteous, room was clean however no place to walk in the room. The bed occupies almost all of the room area. The rooms... More

We booked this hotel even though it was not exactly a cheap option, expecting a good clean room and service. The room was neat and nice, but the bathroom was dingy and had a water leakage from the ceiling, and the flush leaked as well. We called them up to change rooms, but it was the largest room available (for... More

Stayed for a business trip for 3 days. Had to change a room due to AC problems. Rooms were quite small and damp-not very inviting. But breakfast was good, without being lavish. The location is a slight problem, but is covered up by pickup facility from the airport. Also, the surrounding area (Khar) does not offer too many options. Room... More

I got to play musical chairs in this hotel, only thing is instead of chairs it was hotel rooms... I changed 3 rooms in a single day before finally settling into 1... The rooms are small and have a huuuge bed, that occupies 8/10th of the room leaving u just enough space to walk. The toilets are the worst... small... More

I was booked to stay at this hotel for a week and that was the worst week I spent in Mumbai. The hotel is located conveniently close to the main road and close to the Khar Railway Station but is a nightmare when it comes to the interiors of the hotel. The rooms are damp and filled with cockroaches. There... More
