“Short stay at ITC Maratha, Mumbai airport”

Very comfortable stay with warm welcome. Room decor is excellent with many complimentary amenities. Out of the world tandoori dishes at Peshawari restaurant though expensive. Suggest wi fi and airport pick up/ drop be complimentary to add more value to money. Certainly will stay again. Highly recommended Indian hotel next to International airport. We had a wonderful stay and the hotel, although a little out of town it is my preferred stay in Mumbai,. 5 star in every department. The staff cannot do enough and the beds, heavenly.!!! Amazing ambiance the moment you set foot into the hotel. Keep it up.!

“Just Okay - And- if you consider the Money- not worth the Value”

Its very basic hotel - don't go with ITC Standards- specially after when you are from the city of ITC Sonar. Breakfast is good- but again the service is average, rooms are small. Can you imagine, I got a DIRTY napkin on my table - neatly FOLDED as fresh. Surely needs management attention if improvement needed.
