Extremely courteous staff . A Beach facing hotel in indian film industries hub is cusp of resort and hotel . Although new hotels have come up in the vecinity, this hotel has kept its charm by good upkeep and service . Food is excellent . Like they say big enough to serve, small enough to listen .

Very slow incompetent service right from the reception to house keeping and restaurant. The bed sheets were very dirty. Even after changing I had itching sensation till morning. The only good thing was the taxi !!!!!!!!!

While the experience is decent, but doesn't gives a feeling of a five star hotel. The pool is the only interesting thing to do in the hotel and is a nice one. Nothing to keep kids involved. Decent experience.
