This hotel may not look very attractive from its entrance, but believe me its worth for staying especially for solo/business trips. The food they served for room service was great! Loved the ambience of the hotel, quality of food very good, location is prime, room service is poor, receptionist not properly trained, quality of service patchy, room linen good; a lot of disturbance in few areas of hotel, washroom cleaning average.

This particular hotel is a regular for me during my visits to Mumbai which is very regular. full value for money. Very clean rooms, courteous staff, good breakfast (though limited). Only issue, the bathrooms are congested.
