“no value to money”

Paid over Rs.5000 for a night, that too on a discounted price through hotels.com. It seemed like a budget hotel. Room cleanliness was below average. Variety of food in breakfast was poor and so was the quality. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

“had a very nice stay for 5 days”

This is a very nice hotel. Food, service, and rooms are very good. Staff is very professional. I enjoyed my stay there, and I would love to stay again if i get a chance. Very good hotel compared to others in Powai area.

“Good HOTEL”

Pros ======= Room is Good Breakfast and Food is good Service is good Room and Bathrooms are neat and clean Swimming pool,Snooker and Table tennis Room Cons ===== Old AC Costly Food Location Honeymoon Bed( I didnt like that because it hampered my sleep)

“Awesome stay”

As a frequent traveller we stay at the residence hotel all the time. Its like a second home away from home. The food is fantastic, the staff is always helpfull and everyone just makes you feel so at home. Keep up the good work.

“great hotel, best for familes and long time vacation”

we had great time at the residence. all worker was nice and helpfull. great swimpool with lovely gardens around,samll gym, meeting point for guests from all around the world. breakfast is giving tastes from india, england and the states. . love to come back again!!

Overall Good Value for Money . Pro:Service is Good . Food Quality is good Front office handle the situation very well Hotel Rooms are clean. Bed with clean linen. Good Gym Ozonated Swimming pool Cons: AC .So much of noise. Way to hotel is too bad it is in slum area
