They did upgrade the room (suite) and offer a cake on arrival because our anniversary. Spacious room with sitting room and large bathroom. 2 televisions, minibar. Large faceless lobby, long faceless corridors. We were here with a Thompson tour for two nights. This hotel has no personality and is suitable for people on business for a night or so. We had a suite, which was nice, but again, there was no personality to the place.
