I came to Chennai for a business trip and i selected this hotel because of the proximity to the central railway station have superb pub and bar having good snacks neat and smoooth environment rooms was ok near to station not maintained due to metro rail problem easy travellll places in chennai

Had been to Valiankanni, for a couple of days stayed over at Hotel Picnic, Choose the hotel because of its loaction close to shrine, Service was not the great ,The first room that was given to us , was not at all good, but they offered to change it the second one was manageable

Very bad service and maintance.Rooms are dirty and broke.Bathroom stinks,fan works as if it is dead.Plz dont try non ac rooms.Tea is tasteless.Need to change each and everything if need d guest to stay.I wud suggest dont try non ac rooms any time.

We were on our Vacations in Chennai, for a friend's Wedding. I still remember, the Beautiful Location of this Hotel. Moreover, there's a Plush Green Garden on the Backside of this Hotel. The service was good and price was quite Value for Money.

There are two receptions, if u have booked on phone just check out the back reception too. regarding hotel rooms the backside section is cheap with a double a/c costing only 990 Rs/day inclusive of all taxes, with 24 hrs checkout.
