Had a pleasant experience during my stay in Homcourt. Staff are friendly and are always at your service. Mrs. Premkumar takes extra care of her guests and makes them feel at home. I think that the rooms should have been more spacious. Overall it is good.

We had a pleasant stay at the HomCourt service apartment. The room was clean and spacious. Providing Tata sky in the room is excellent, I wish the TV was a bigger size. Friendly staff and very helpful. I definitely recommend others to book this if you are looking for a good room in the midddle of the city.

When I landed in Chennai, whether was sunny and hot outside. Initially room A/C was not working. Please check all the electronic gadgets works before you ask your guest to check in. Vanitha's service was very nice. She arranged all the required things for me. Overall my experience was excellent and I was very much happy with services.

property is v old, condition is v poor, rooms are leaking they dont have spare keys to the rooms,breakfast is absolute disaster and they do not adhere to agreed conditions. i will never stay there again.

I stayed here with my wife and two kids in Dec 2011. Place is very good and neat and Tidy. The reception and the security staff was very helpful.
