Stayed here in 2012 when I had to visit the American Consulate for my visa. Good, clean, neat rooms with linen changed everyday. AC works well (which is required in Chennai). Friendly staff will help you with everything that they can. Complimentary breakfast on the top floor is nice and tasty. Overall, a no nonsense, excellent service apartment.
