Its the dirtiest worst hotel ever. Standard A/C room was 1300 Rs and the reception/entrance was misleadingly well maintained. The room is very dirty. There are bed bugs. The rooms are ok, though small for the tariff. The hotel amenities are not maintained well. The AC made a lot of noise. The TV remote had dead batteries and the replacement given had been bitten to squeeze some more juice out of them. The linen in the rooms are are dirty and so old that they have become yellow.... the hotel is located centraly.rooms and bathrooms are too small,.room service is ok. Food served is nice and tasty. People in reception is serious looking and they forget loughing.

This hotel is in central Kolkata, located in a prime location. The hotel service & standard is just normal.
