Bathtub and tub surround was missing grout and appeared dirty. Thresholds broken. Phone didn't work. Missing a soap, conditioner, hand cream. Lumpy bed. Tattered dirty carpet. Breakfast was ok but there was no yogurt

Overall I had no problems with the room. One thing that caused a little concern, there was a crack under the door. I could feel the air coming under it. Love this place and will return soon. Room had a couple of minor glitches which I will describe below. I want to make it clear the problems were reported at check out, they were written down by the staff.

no washcloths , plus had to wait on what towels i did get & i had to go to the office to get them.one of the nastiest rooms i have ever stayed in, the remote to the tv i had to program it had no battery cover.the 1st 6-8 channels you couldnt even see very well due to bad reception.... More
